TOUR RULES

whilst were all about good times, it is however essential that we have rules to keep everyone safe and to ensure all parties have an enjoyable experience. They are as follows......

1. THE BANGER (vehicle to be used) can be of any value however it must be over 10 years old at the date of departure.

2. THE BANGER must be U.K road legal and have all relevant documentation. including v5, mot (min to cover journey and return), 3rd party insurance with European cover at a minimum (fully comp recommended). you will be asked to produce these documents at registration.

3. Modifications to your vehicle are encouraged, the wilder the better but they must be legal and safe.

4. you and all of the passengers on your team must have. a valid U.K passport (obviously), a full U.K driving licence (if you are driving), travel insurance, a smartphone with internet connection (for keeping in contact with the events team) and a sat nav or really good map of Europe.

5. THIS IS NOT A MOTORSPORT EVENT. its a trip out on European roads so rules of the road apply, some countries have higher speed limits (autobahn) but please keep it to a safe limit and never drive beyond your capabilities and indeed your vehicles.

6. partying is an integral part of our tour so making sure you are fit to drive is your responsibility. keep in mind some countries have a limit of zero as apposed to our 35. We recommend a designated driver system.

7. By participating in BANGERBALL3000 you are consenting to being filmed/photographed and the media being used by Bangerball for use by ourselves only for promotion and marketing purposes.

8. Bangerball staff and any parties employed by ourselves are not responsible or accountable for your actions. Any laws broken or fines acquired are your responsibility.

9. Bangerball staff and any parities employed by ourselves are not responsible for any losses or damages caused by yourselves including incidents of theft. please ensure valuables are stowed away in a safe place and make every effort to secure vehicles.

10. Antisocial behaviour and violence will not be tolerated.

11. Bangerball staff reserve the right to exclude any teams not adhering to the rules. Any teams excluded will not receive a refund and may incur further charges.

12. Charity is important each team must raise £350 for the nominated charity

13. Deposits and part payments are not refundable due to costs incurred during preparation.
